Paige and Hunter’s Riverwood Manor Wedding

Ahh, Paige and Hunter’s wedding day at Riverwood Manor was everything I could have ever imagined and more! Do you ever go to a wedding and just know the world is going to be a better place because two people found each other? That is truly how I feel about Hunter and Paige! So much of their day truly represents why I’m a wedding photographer and I was just so thankful to be witness to the way they care for everyone around them.

After starting the day with a quick collision of my face and a very clean glass door (hey, at least I made the wedding party laugh all day), I was able to meet up with the sweetest girls and bride at a beautiful cabin in Matthews. The girls had a blast getting ready in their precious plaid pajamas!

About the Couple

Paige and Hunter grew up at Matthews United Methodist Church where they got married which was so special. The couple met through their involvement with the special needs community, and their love for others was woven into every single part of their day! After a first look with dad, Paige and Hunter shared a peaceful first look in the courtyard.

During the ceremony, Paige and Hunter shared communion with their guests. I loved watching as everyone came up to them to partake in communion, and it gave the ceremony so much purpose and meaning.

The reception was at Riverwood Manor and wow y’all, the golden hour light!! Ahh!

Paige and Hunter are obviously so loved by their friends and family, and they truly embody loving others. They asked to be introduced first by the DJ so that they could introduce every single one of their bridal party members and told everyone why they were each so special. It was amazing and the perfect picture of why I just adore these two so much!!

Everyone danced the whole night away, and they ended the night with a cheering exit. A cheering exit y’all, isn’t that the best?!? That’s what a wedding day should be, your people surrounding you, cheering you on into the biggest adventure of your life.

Paige and Hunter are enjoying a honeymoon in Colorado snowboarding, and I hope they’re having a BLAST! Thank you so much for letting me a part of your day, lovebirds! Cheers!
