Lauren + Jared’s Wedding Day at Alexander Homestead
Lauren and Jared truly showed us how it’s done on a Wednesday! Their intimate Alexander Homestead wedding truly has me swooning and I couldn’t be more proud or excited to share these photos.
I met this sweet couple back in 2020 at their engagement session before they had solidified their wedding plans. They had done long distance through college, and then again recently when Jared headed to military training. They spent some time considering what type of wedding they wanted, and I love that they chose exactly what worked for them! Their beautiful day at the Alexander Homestead was perfect. The couple opted to celebrate with close friends and family on a Wednesday, and it was the best mid-week celebration I could have ever imagined! Because the celebration was more intimate and there weren’t as many moving pieces as a huge wedding day, we had so much amazing time for couple’s photos! This was perfect because I swear, I can’t contain myself when it comes to taking photos of these two!
Alexander Homestead is always beautiful, but their gardens are just absolutely dreamy right now! Because of the laid back schedule of the day, we had so much time for portraits in the beautiful gardens. A true photographer’s dream! The venue makes everything easy by covering florals, catering, and more in all-inclusive packages which makes for such an easy day.
